We have participated in the majority of share offerings in Hungary, either as advisor to the issuing company or to the lead managers, or as advisor to the Hungarian government in cases of privatization by flotation (including the first-ever initial public offering of shares of a Hungarian company on the New York Stock Exchange). We also regularly advise international companies and their Hungarian subsidiaries or underwriters in connection with the domestic and/or international private placement of newly issued shares.
