Among others, the Firm has rendered legal assistance in connection with the development of industrial parks, the purchase, development and utilization of shopping centers, the operation and leasing of office buildings, and the development, management and operation of nationwide retail stores. The expertise of the Firm extends from the necessary due diligences which must be carried out prior to real property purchases, to the preparation of real property sale and purchase agreements, the drafting of architectural design and contractors' contracts as well as the general terms for the applicable lease contracts.
