The Firm has represented for some years in court proceedings as well as out-of-court negotiations in laws suits a large Hungarian environmental consulting firm. Among other mandates, for example as per the request of the ÁPV Rt., the Firm prepared a legal opinion in connection with a warranty claim arising from the privatization agreement, the subject of which was the sale of a large refrigerator manufacturer in Hungary.
